FFTA 2026 ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Welcome Keynote: Alec Ingold
Tuesday, July 7, 2026
Alec Ingold is an NFL fullback with the Miami Dolphins, in his 7th year in the league. He started as an undrafted free agent, making the 53-man roster with the Las Vegas Raiders in 2019. He’s a 3-time Walter Payton Man of the Year nominee, an Ed Block Courage Award recipient (2023), and was named the 2022 Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute (CCAI) National Angel in Adoption.
Alec was adopted at birth into a loving family that he credits, along with an incredible wife and support system, with helping him achieve his dreams of reaching the NFL, becoming an adoption and foster care advocate, and working with youth & adults to “Inspire Belief.”
Alec Ingold will welcome attendees to the FFTA Conference with a high-energy, interactive and personable Keynote address. Alec will share his lived experiences being adopted and how he has connected those experiences to his work supporting the foster-care community. Learn about his NFL career, his work with his foundation and his reflections on leadership from his role as team captain and more. Stick around after the keynote for a photo with Alec!
