Emerging Black Leaders Scholarship

FFTA's Emerging Black Leaders Scholarship is designed to support pathways to leadership for emerging Black leaders. Five scholars will be selected to receive this prestigious scholarship in 2024. Emerging black leaders, employed by FFTA member agencies, who have 2-5 years of professional experience in human services are eligible to apply. Candidates should have aspirational career goals and currently hold a non-management/supervisory position, or be a relative newcomer to a management or supervision role. Applications are due by Friday, April 5, 2024.
